Covers risk-based expenditure testing for a defined award set and period, a written finding memo, and one management debrief. Final fees rise with additional awards, dense subrecipient networks, or on-site travel outside Taipei.
Pre-Award Readiness Review

Policy and coding walkthrough before spending begins. Best suited to a single new award or a compact portfolio sharing one chart of accounts.
Subrecipient Monitoring Support

Pricing reflects the number of partners, the depth of file review, and whether site visits are required. We issue a fee schedule after seeing your monitoring plan.
Corrective Action Follow-Up

Re-testing of previously cited areas. Scope is usually narrower than a full audit and priced accordingly.
